![]() (2) Contributing to the delinquency of a minor is a misdemeanor. (1) A person is guilty of contributing to the delinquency of a minor if, by act or omission, he or she knowingly causes or encourages a minor to commit or otherwise contributes to a minor’s commission of a delinquent act. 9.32.040 Contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The following sections of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), and any amendments thereto, are hereby adopted by reference as a portion of the criminal code of the city of Port Orchard as if fully set forth herein: RCW 70.155.080. 9.32.030 Purchasing or obtaining tobacco by persons under the age of 18 – Civil infraction.
